ACHRAFIEH 4920 — BEIRUT, LEBANON

Located in Achrafieh, the eleven-story building consists of two blocks that host different functions including residential duplexes, simplexes, offices as well as retail on the Ground Floor.
The challenge was to treat the exterior envelop in a way to show unity between the four sides of the building. Our vision was to have the facades composed of main vertical elements as well as horizontal elements which are either recessed or extruded in a non-rhythmic manner.
